Tramline valve type V1

Valve V1 is designed for pneumatic drill and mounting on the distributor with inner diameter of hose pipe 32mm. Connection is done by three-wire cable with a standard lengths 2m. This type of tramline valve returns seed freely into the space under the distributor.

Description valve type V1

• Seeds/ fertilizer – it is possible to use for all different kind of seeds and seeds mixed with aggressive fertilizer
• System SLC (smart led control) - a control LED diode is placed on the valve body and indicates the position of the valve. SLC allows easy visual signalling and efficiency.
• System SWC (smart wire control – we can also see the valve function on the monitor of the controlling system by connection a yellow /green wire – OUTPUT 1.
• Robust gear box - valve runs through the compact gearbox which ensures durability and reliability
• Gear ratio 1250:1 - High gear ratio ensures high power in moving sliding element, which prevents blockage
• Fast switching of the valves - time switching of the valve is only 1second, which creates efficient tramline valve work
• New valve control – sliding element is operated from the outside valve of its body. This construction allows easy return of seeds to the hopper and reduces the possibility of blockage of the seeds or fertilizer.
• RFC system (resettable fuse control) – controlling electronic system and valve’s motor is protected by two overload fuses. Double motor protection prevents damage and when the problem is solved, valve returns to its working state.
• Sealing IP 64 - new seal microporous EPDM around of the valve body. Changing the seal design increases reliability and durability, valve is fully resistant to dust and splashing water.
• Stainless steel movable parts - All moving parts which come into contact with the seed or fertilizer are made with stainless steel
• Long product life - unique design ensures a long product life of more than 100,000 cycles
